RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Fun Pixel Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we are here to help.
Eligibility:
You can return eligible items within **14 days** of receiving your order.
Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition with tags still attached and with original packaging.
To help us keep everything in great condition, please make sure returned items are free of deodorant marks, makeup stains, lint, pet hair, or odours.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.
Change of Mind:
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Need a different size? We accept exchanges within the same 14-day period, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Follow the same return process, and let us know which size you would like to exchange it for.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll carefully check the items to make sure they meet our return policy guidelines. If everything looks good, we’ll send you a store credit via email. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox (and don’t forget to check your junk mail, just in case)!
Please note: We don’t offer cash/bank transfer refunds. But no worries! Once we’ve processed your return (which can take up to 5-7 business days), we’ll send you a store credit. You can then use that credit to place a new order for your exchange items whenever you’re ready.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our team at orders@funpixel.studio with your ‘order number’ and ‘reason for return’. We will then provide you with instructions to return the item.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items to us. Original order shipping charges are not refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning items to us. This helps ensure your package arrives safely, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items during the return process.
- For orders over $500 AUD, a 15% restocking fee will apply to returns or exchanges. This small fee helps us manage the processing of larger orders and ensures we can continue delivering top-quality service. We appreciate your understanding!
