SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Fun Pixel Studio, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Delivery Time:
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days** after dispatch, depending on your location.
Processing Time:
We process all orders within 1-5 business days before shipping them out. Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking number to keep you updated on its journey.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey all the way to you.
Special Notes
- We use standard shipping for all orders via Australia Post therefore delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially during busy seasons.
- If you live in remote areas, your delivery might take a little longer to arrive.
- Express shipping option is set to commence in Q1 2025
International Shipping:
At this stage, we’re only shipping within Australia. Stay tuned as we explore international shipping options in 2025! *Fingers crossed*
